How to Navigate the 3D Model Viewer

📱 On Phone or Tablet (Touchscreen):

  • Rotate Model: Use one finger to drag and rotate the model.

  • Pan View: Use two fingers to drag and move the view.

  • Zoom In/Out: Pinch with two fingers to zoom in or out.

  • Change View Angle: Rotate your finger in a circular motion to tilt the model’s perspective.

  • Reset View: Tap the reset/home icon (if available on the screen) to return to the original view.

💻 On PC or Mac (Mouse & Keyboard):

  • Rotate Model: Left-click and drag your mouse to rotate the view.

  • Pan View: Right-click and drag, or hold Shift + left-click and drag to pan.

  • Zoom In/Out: Use your mouse scroll wheel to zoom in or out.

  • Change View Angle: Click and drag the model to tilt or orbit.

  • Reset View: Click the reset/home icon (usually in the toolbar) to return to the default view.

Full deliverables include slope analysis, elevation data, ground classifications, and more. Seasonal captures will be added to track land changes over time.

Project Summary: Aerial 3D Model – 6.5 Acre Property Overview

We recently completed this 3D drone mapping project for a client who had just purchased a 6.5-acre parcel of land. The goal was to provide a clear, comprehensive visual of the property—something far more informative than static maps or ground-level photos.

Using precision drone flight, we created a detailed 3D model that showcases the landscape’s natural contours and layout. While this web viewer offers a great visual overview, the full deliverables also include ground classification layers, slope analysis, elevation data, and annotated boundaries.

This project doesn’t end here—we'll return each season to capture the exact same flight path using GPS-coordinated waypoints. This will create a seasonal time-lapse that documents how the property evolves throughout the year, offering powerful insight for future planning and development.
